Low-Friction Varnish: We use special coefficients of friction (COF) for our varnishes. If the box is too slippery, it flies off the belt; too sticky, and it jams the stacker. We get it just right.  

Part 2: Odor & Migration Control (Sensory Safety)

Tobacco is highly absorbent. A box that smells like industrial glue will ruin the cigarette’s flavor.  

Low-Migration Inks: We exclusively use Low-Migration, Low-Odor Inks (Soy or UV) designed for tobacco products. This ensures that no solvent smell transfers to the tobacco leaves.
